How we work

From inquiry to port delivery.

One workflow, one point of contact, one accountable party. You send the spec; we run sourcing, sampling, production, documentation, and freight to your port — FOB or CIF. Here is exactly what happens, and when.

01
Inquiry

Send drawings or describe the application.

02
Quote

Priced within 72 to 96 hours, FOB or CIF.

03
Sample

Die trial and first-article approval.

04
Production

Run at ISO 9001 partner plants.

05
Shipping

Customs, docs, and container loading.

06
Delivery

Port delivery with full lot documentation.

01
Inquiry
Send a drawing (DWG / DXF / STEP) or describe the application, alloy, finish, quantity, and destination port. Not sure of the spec? Describe the use and we'll help you land on the right profile.
DWG / DXF / STEPor plain description
02
Quote
We confirm feasibility, alloy, and tooling, then price the order — including any die cost, unit price, and freight. Quotes land within 72 to 96 hours on FOB or CIF terms.

03
Sample & approval
For custom sections we cut a die, run a trial, and correct it until it holds tolerance. You approve a first article — with a dimensional report — before the production run.

04
Production
The lot runs at an ISO 9001-certified partner plant we've vetted. Extrusion, heat treatment (ageing), finishing, and cutting proceed to spec, with in-process checks.

05
Inspection & documentation
Before dispatch we compile the paperwork: mill test certificate, dimensional report, packing list, and export documents. Documentation travels with every lot — as standard, not on request.

Questions

Before you inquire

No. Avighnn Global is a merchant exporter. We produce at ISO 9001-certified extrusion plants we have vetted, manage the dies and documentation, and handle export — so you deal with one accountable party instead of chasing a factory abroad.
It depends on the profile and alloy. We handle trial lots through to full containers, and consolidate across profiles and alloys so smaller programmes still ship economically. Tell us your volume and we'll confirm the MOQ in the quote.
Yes. Describe the application, glazing or load, and finish. We'll match an existing profile or develop a die, and confirm alloy, temper, and tolerances with you before anything is cut.
Commonly FOB and CIF; CFR and EXW on request. We handle customs clearance, export documentation, and container loading either way, and deliver to your named port.
Every lot ships with a mill test certificate, a dimensional report, a packing list with bundle-level traceability, and the full export set. It travels as standard, not on request.
